Katelyn Bashford

I'm Katelyn Bashford, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be a part of Homestead and Ranch! Residing in the charming town of Burkburnett, TX, I share my world with my wonderful husband Steven and our two sweet, sometimes sassy daughters, Brylee and Huntleigh. As a Realtor serving Wichita, Clay, Archer, and the surrounding counties for the past four years, I take immense pride in delivering top-notch service with integrity and honesty. Putting my clients' best interests first is non-negotiable. With a background in home flipping and a dad deeply rooted in construction, I've honed the skill of spotting potential issues in a home while also uncovering hidden gems. I'm a firm believer that "Everything is Figureoutable," a saying that guides me through the intricate world of Real Estate and Nursing, where gray areas are abundant, but solutions are endless. Often dubbed a "Jack of all Trades" by my friends, I play multiple roles - from Realtor and Registered Nurse to House Flipper and a former Cosmetologist of 13 years. I jokingly add "and a Master of none," but rest assured, each title holds significant weight. No matter the role, my mission remains constant - to make each client feel like they're my only priority, receiving my undivided attention. I wholeheartedly believe I'm exactly where God intended me to be!
